HOW FEDERAL HIGH COURT, ABUJA, HELPS LAW SCHOOL TO ESCAPE JUSTICE

Director General, Law School, Issa Ayyatou
  • Contrary to an affidavit of non-service by one Junaidu Muhammad, the Court’s bailiff at the Federal High Court under the control of Justice Kafarat Abubakar, that he went personally to the Nigerian Law School to serve Form 48, on the contemnors, it has been confirmed in another evidence that the Court’s bailiff sent another person to serve not himself.

With this, the Form 48 which is notice on the consequences to the disobedience to the order of the court permitting Mr. Kayode Bello to write his bar final examination at the Nigerian Law School was not served by the Court’s bailiff and the attention of the authorities of the Nigerian Law School have not been brought to the consequences of failure to permit the applicant to write his examination on April 11, 2019.
Further findings allegedly have shown that the Federal High Court, Maitama in Abuja is thereby helping the Nigerian Law School, the Council of Legal Education, and the body of law administrators in Nigeria to escape justice.
Noteworthy is the fact that the Applicant, Kayode Bello on August 09, 2017, obtained an order of the Federal High Court, Abuja to write his examination at the Law School, after the Nigerian Law School expelled him with the help of the Head of the Academic Affairs Nigerian Law School, Mr. Osamolu Samuel and Mr. Olanrewaju Onadeko, former Director General of the Nigerian Law School, over inadequate learning facilities and victimization at the Nigerian Law School, in Abuja, complained about by Mr. Kayode Bello.

The affidavit sworn to by Mr. Junaidu reads, ” That on the said date I went to the address of service and met the security men at the gate and after introducing myself as a bailiff of this court together with the FORM 48 am their to serve, the security men refused to allow me to enter the School.”

But in another piece of evidence Mr. Junaidu said, ” I sent my brother that stays at Dutse Alhaji. I sent him there to go and do the work, so tomorrow you get the feedback.”
The Court’s bailiff in a way has lied on oath that he attempted service by himself thereby helping the Nigerian Law School and the contemnors to wit: Olanrewaju Onadeko, Former Director General Nigerian Law School, Issa Ciroma Ayyatou, incumbent Director General, the Nigerian Law School, Abubakr Mahmoud, the former Acting Chairman, Council of Legal Education, Paul Usoro, Acting Chairman, Council of Legal Education, Elizabeth Max-Uba, the Secretary, Council of Legal Education, Samuel Osamolu, the Head, Academic Affairs, the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, Ogunboyo Johnson, the Chief Security Officer, Nigerian Law School, Y.C. Maikyau, Obasi Obi Nwabuez among others to escape justice.
The struggle for human rights and better welfare conditions in Nigeria was begun by Mr. Bello at the University of Ibadan which culminated into him being victimized constantly by Prof. Bamiro Olufemi, Prof. Adewole Isaac, and Prof. Bamgbose Oluyemisi of the University of Ibadan.
Also, Justice Chikere of Court 4, Federal High Court, Abuja, hearing the matter brought by Kayode Bello against the Council of Legal Education and the Inspector General of Police did not allow Mr. Bello to move the motion to serve the Council of Legal Education’ s contemnors listed above by way of pasting the Form 48 which is on the notice on consequence of the disobedience of order of the court permitting Mr. Bello to write his bar final examination at the Nigerian Law School at the notice boards and the gates of the Nigerian Law School and Nigerian Bar Association in Abuja.
Communications by Mr. Bello to the Chief Judge, Federal High Court, Justice Kafarati Abubakar were not replied as at the Press time.
Mr. Bello has however raised concerns about his safety, and security.
Mr. Bello can be reached via 08115480501.
